Cajun Hit Stir Fry Recipe
we recommend 2 tablespoons of Cajun Hit to 500g of meat
- Place 1/4 cup of oil in a bowl and 2 tablespoons of Saucy Spice’s Cajun Hit spice blend.
- Add 500g of of finely sliced meat and mix together until meat is well-coated.
- Spray a wok with oil, heat, then add the meat and any juices from the bowl.
- Stir fry until meat is still a little pink.
- Remove meat from the wok leaving behind the juices, setting aside while you stir fry your choice of veggies until cooked but still crisp.
- During this process add any extras such as 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger and 1/4 cup coconut cream (optional) with salt to taste.
- Finally, add the cooked meat and cooked noodles if using, stirring through to warm and then serve.
