- 250g green beans
- 2 medium potatoes, large diced
- 250g cauliflower flowerettes
- 425g can chick peas, drained
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 x 410g can tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- ¼ cup chopped cashew nuts (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
