• 1kg Diced Beef
• 2 Tblspns Olive Oil
• 12 small French Shallots
• (looks like small brown onions) trimmed and left whole or halved
• if they are large
• 1 Large Onion (finely sliced)
• 3 Clove Garlic (crushed)
• 2 Tblspns Brown Sugar
• 1 Tblspn Soy Sauce
• 1 Tblspn Fish Sauce
• 750ml Beef Stock

Chilli, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Pepper, Lemongrass, Garlic, Ginger, Nutmeg, Paprika, Onion
