This is an easy to make, lovely tasting dish of the Kerala/Alleppey region in India. This region is known as the Venice of the East and this dish is an earthy fresh flavour witih slight coconut undertones.

- 1kg Diced Beef (We use Oyster Blade)
- 2 Medium Red Onions (sliced)
- 2 Fresh long Green Chilli (chopped & de-seeded)
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 tblspns Coconut Oil
