  • 1 Kg diced Lamb
  • 1 Med Onion – finely sliced
  • 1 tspn Rose Water [Important to this dish, Rose Water or Essence is available from your supermarket or Health Food Store]
  • 2 cups Beef Stock
  • 2 Tblspns Oil
  • 1 Tblspn of Butter
  • Salt to taste
