Seychelles Style Fish

Seychelles Fish Recipe

1. Season fish with a little salt and pepper, then refrigerate whilst sauce is being made.
2. Heat oil in a deep sided pan or wok and saute onion and garlic until glace looking. Add Saucy Spice’s Seychelles Fish spice blend and stir until fragrant – about 30 seconds.
3. Pour in coconut cream and stock, stir then simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Lay fish fillets in the sauce and simmer until fish is cooked – time depending on the type of fish used.
5. Place fish on a warmed serving platter. Stir lime juice through sauce and add a little more salt if needed.
6. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
