Shipping

Order Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

• We offer standard shipping. Please contact us if you require Express Post.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of packets ordered.
• We ship with various carriers depending on destination.
  • $12.95 for up to 6 packs
  • $11.95 for 7-19 packs
  • Free postage when spend over $100

Order Tracking:

• Australia Post will send you email alerts with tracking and parcel delivery progress.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us asap.
• For lost packages, please contact us and we’ll check it out for you.

Terms and Conditions

Payment:

• We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, eftpos and UnionPay.
• All payments must be authorised before order shipment.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
