Mexican Beef and Black Bean Shopping List

• 800g Beef diced. (We use Oyster Blade)
• 1 tblspn Olive Oil
• 1 Spanish Onion (finely sliced)
• 1 425g Can Black Beans (drained & rinsed) *
• 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
• 1/2 Cup Beef Stock
• 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
• 2 tblspns Brown Sugar

* Black Beans can be found in the Mexican section of your supermarket.

Spices:

Onion, Garlic, Red Bell Peppers, Cinnamon, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Chilli, Oregano.
