Just wanted to let you know that the wife and i bought some packets of your spices while on holiday at a market in Merimbula.
We got home from holidays yesterday and tonight we tried the Vietnamese chicken spice mix and quite honestly we were blown away by the taste and flavor of the meal, we cooked it exactly according to the recipe that came with it and the chicken was so tender , we are so looking forward to cooking the other 5 packets we have purchased .
