Over the Christmas break my father lost his keys and while I was in the shop looking for them I stumbled across a little purple packet with an orange label that read “Mango Chicken”. I picked this little packet up and bought it. Tonight I decided to cook it and wow I have no words…….. the best mango chicken I have EVER eaten, and lets just say I’ve eaten a lot of mango chicken in my time.
