I wanted to let you know that I’ve had your Spain Rub on Lamb Shoulder which was good, but tonight I had your Chilli Con Carne, which was fantastic, well done! I’ve had lots of Chilli Con Carne, and yours is the best! We followed your instructions and for once I don’t need to add chilli or other flavours, I still have a zing on my lips.
