We have recently been introduced to your fabulous range of spice mixes and we have thoroughly enjoyed what we have tried so far..butter chicken,vindaloo,rogan josh,thai fish(for which I used prawns instead of white fish), and for dinner tonight,the afghani lamb,which is bubbling away on the stove right now,. The delicious aroma in my kitchen on this bleak Melbourne day is gorgeous. My in-laws in Bairnsdale have been buying your spice mixes from David Lukey-butcher and after we had tasted them while on holiday in Bairnsdale ,presented us with about a dozen or more to try…each a big success, so thank you very much.
