Just had the most sensational dinner tonight. Whilst holidaying in Pambula last week I came across your spice mixes at the Bega cheese factory and bought a few to try. So glad I did. Tonight I made the Shahi Korma using lamb and it went down a treat. We all enjoyed it with basmati rice and those mission wraps heated in the sandwich press to dip into the sauce. I notice on your website that your spices are available at markets not far from where we live in Melbourne so I look forward to stocking up. Thanks a million and bless you both in abundance.
