Curried Sausages Recipe

1. Heat butter in pan, add onion and cook until soft.
2. Add 1.5 tbs of Saucy Spice’s Everyday Curry Mix and flour stirring until fragrant and well combined. Remove pan from heat and gradually stir in stock, Worcestershire and tomato sauces.
3. Add chopped raw or cooked sausages and return the pan to heat, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer slowly, 15-20 minutes or until sausages are cooked through.

Quick Chicken Curry

1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown onions for a few minutes until softened. Add garlic and fry for 30 more seconds.
2. Add Saucy Spice’s Everyday Curry Mix and stir for 1 minute.
3. Add coconut cream, tomato paste, sugar, salt and chicken to pan.
4. Reduce heat and simmer with a lid for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
5. Sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander leaf and serve over steamed Basmati rice.
