Tibetan Lamb Curry Shopping List
- 1 kg Lamb leg meat – cubed
- 2 large Onions – sliced 300 ml plain Yoghurt
- 2 large Tomatoes – chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 tblspn oil
- 12 small new potatoes – pre-boiled
- 1 tblspn Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
(Marinate 4 hrs or Overnight. Cooking time 1.5 hrs)
