Tibetan Lamb Curry Shopping List

  • 1 kg Lamb leg meat – cubed
  • 2 large Onions – sliced 300 ml plain Yoghurt
  • 2 large Tomatoes – chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 tblspn oil
  • 12 small new potatoes – pre-boiled
  • 1 tblspn Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste 

(Marinate 4 hrs or Overnight. Cooking time 1.5 hrs)
