- 2 Medium Red Onions (sliced)
- 2 Fresh long Green Chilli (chopped & de-seeded)
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 tblspns Coconut Oil
- 3 Clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tblspn Brown Sugar
- Fresh coriander to finish (optional)
