- 2 medium red onions, sliced
- 2 fresh long green chilli, chopped & de-seeded
- 1.5 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- fresh coriander to finish
